Pernod Ricard Bodegas, worldwide leader of Spanish wines in value, closed the 2015 Harvest with a positive balance and great expectations in all four designations of origin where it is present: Rioja (Bodegas Campo Viejo, Bodegas Ysios and Bodegas AGE), Rueda (Bodegas Aura), Ribera del Duero (Bodegas Tarsus) and Navarra (Bodegas Vinícola Navarra).

«We concluded the harvest in all our vineyards and wine regions, and the assessment is very positive, with great grape quality and promising expectations for the wines of this vintage,» says the company Development Manager, Francisco Soler.

In Rioja, the harvest started on 1 September and finished on 11 October and he considers it «very good; perfect weather-wise. We were able to pick grapes of extraordinary condition, and ripening was very fast in areas which are traditionally slow,” says Soler.
