Altos Ibéricos takes its name from Alto Otero, a beautiful place where the winery is situated in the town of Labastida, north of the Iberian Peninsula. This noble wine from the Torres family, made with the tempranillo varietal, is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and for a long time in the bottle. Tempranillo is a traditional grape with an intense black colour and a hard skin. It is used to make wines of excellent ageing, moderate fruit acidity and pleasant aromas.

Opaque cherry red color. Floral (Damascus rose) and fruit (strawberry, raspberry) aromas with spicy and smoky notes imparted by oak aging. Velvety, smooth, with fine, juicy tannins. Conceived as the perfect match for the latest trends in avant-garde cuisine, particularly all types of tapas prepared with fresh ingredients; red meat, oily fish, and cheese. Equally exquisite with all kinds of cured meats made from Iberian pork. Serve at 14–16°C.
