Pagos de la Sonsierra is a wine made with care which takes us to the landscape of Rioja’s Sonsierra district through the five senses. It is a 100% Tempranillo wine made with an exclusive selection of vines from old vineyards of higher quality located in the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria.

Aged for 16 months in Bordeaux-type French oak barrels with 24 months’ ageing in the bottle. Intense ruby red, bright and deep. Clean, powerful, complex aromas to the nose with hints of spices and good wood. Complex and long in the mouth, with a good structure and balance between alcohol and well-polished tannins. Long, persistent aftertaste that retains fruity notes

For the launch of the Sonsierra 2009 vintage, they have created a visual game through which consumers can customise their label with a series of fun stickers that are included in the box of the bottle.
