Bodegas FyA, in Navarrete, proposes very special sunsets for summer Friday with music in its garden located at the foot of Viña. From 19h to 22h, the winery becomes an oasis against heat, enjoying the best fresh wines of the Piérola group and accompanying them with a peak and varied music and all time. In the wine bar they serve snacks, wines by glasses, “or our picnic boxes with everything ready and our wines suggestions of the week at a very special price,” explains María Sáenz García, director of the winery - Hotel. It is not necessary to reserve, but there is limited capacity.
In addition, until November the winery hosts the exhibition «1986» of Marta Aramendia, artist, of Navarro origin but based in Galicia. In love with the sea, three years ago she began to represent the cetaceans who live in our coasts, being fascinated by whales and since then, under the title of "1986" (year that is prohibited their hunting) have become a central theme of their work.
Bodegas - Hotel Fya, is located in Navarrete, a town with a long wine and pottery tradition, which has been declared "historical - artistic set" for its historical and monumental interest. He has received the prestigious Best of Wine Tourism award in the art and culture category.
It is a project that is part of the Piérola wine group, a family winery that was born in 1996 with the Fernández Piérola Bodegas Foundation in Moreda de Álava.
