Rioja wines played a special role in one of the most important wine events in the world, the New York Wine Experience, organized by Wine Spectator, the most influential magazine in the wine industry, not only in States States, but around the world.

Ten great Rioja wines, selected by the magazine from among those with the highest marks in their tastings, were served exclusively at a lunch held at the Marriott Marquis in New York for over a thousand guests, mostly customers and readers of Wine Spectator, as well as owners and winemakers of many world-renowned wineries, wine professionals and influentials.
