Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB), one of the biggest and qualitatively best wine competitions worldwide, continues its wanderings through various wine countries and thereby contributes to further opening the door to Eastern Europe: from 29th April – 1st May 2016 the bulgarian trade fair city Plovdiv is expecting more than 8.000 wines from all continents and about 320 jurors from 50 countries. Due to the huge internationalization, CMB is now going by the name of “United Nations of Fine Wines“.

With about 60 percent the proportion of journalists among the rigorously selected jurors is as high as in no other competition – this guarantees global attention for the medal winners and the respective host countries. Strict quality checks of the rewarded wines and the jurors ensure comprehensible and scientifically supported tasting results. From 21st December onwards wine producers can register online on the following website: www.concoursmondial.com. The participation fee is 150 Euros per sample, of which four bottles need to be turned in. The deadline for registrations is 4th March 2016.
